If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of 5.11 Tactical, Carhartt, Bulwark, or any of our premium brands, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and packaging intact – just like the durable construction you expect from our workwear products.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any flame-resistant clothing (including Bulwark FR products)
  • Custom or special order uniform items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our returns team at [email protected] with the following information (or use our template below):

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Wrangler Shop Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Refund Process

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Shipping charges for exchanges follow our standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (which is rare with our quality workwear), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S., please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional time for international shipments
